Abigail gained her first hands on experience of Law as an Administration Assistant within the Residential Property Department at Waldron’s, from here Abigail then completed her Training Contract and qualified as a Residential Property Solicitor. Abigail has always had an interest in property and land and has been committed to these areas of law since the beginning of her career.
Qualifications And Professional Development
Abigail graduated from Birmingham City University, before completing the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, Birmingham.
Upon qualification Abigail moved to another local firm and expanded her New Build expertise before returning to Waldron’s in 2019.
During qualification Abigail has dealt with a varied caseload of matters including Sale and Purchase of Freehold and Leasehold property, Right to Buy purchases, New Build plot purchases, Re-mortgage of residential property and Transfer of residential property. Abigail also has experience in dealing with unregistered titles and Help to Buy matters.
Whist working at Waldron’s, Abigail has also been a member of Waldron’s Junior Lawyers and has assisted in organising networking events for the firm.
Outside of work Abigail enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling as much as she can.
