This means if your transaction does not complete for any reason then you would not need to pay our costs for completing the work. You will however need to payed any disbursements paid on your behalf. An example of a disbursement can be your search fee as we obtain the searches via a third party or Land registry fees for obtaining the Official Copies (Title deeds from the Land Registry).
