Qualifications and Study Experience

I studied for my law degree at Birmingham City University, achieving a 2:1 degree classification and then subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course, achieving a Distinction.

I recently undertook the Solicitor’s Qualifying Examinations (SQE) in July/August 2023 in order to qualify as a solicitor.

Work Experience

I began my legal career as a paralegal in a criminal law firm for two years, where I gained valuable experience.

I then moved to Thompsons Solicitors in 2015, a reputable firm in the areas of personal injury and medical negligence. I initially worked in the personal injury department for 3 years in Stoke-on-Trent, before moving over to the medical negligence department in the Manchester office in 2019 and then the Birmingham office in 2020.  I then moved to Waldrons Solicitors in August 2023.

I have built up a wealth of experience in medical negligence and have dealt with a wide range of cases, including delays in diagnosis and treatment, surgical errors and misdiagnosis.

Personal Info

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading, cooking, going to the gym and spending time with my family.
