Car Cruising

In 2015 a High Court injunction came into force banning car cruising in the Black Country – Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell or Walsall.

Local councils have recently started issuing committal proceedings for people involved in car cruising to attend the High Court.

Waldrons is one of the only legal firms defending these cases. We have specialist solicitors who have already gained favourable outcomes for people who have fallen foul of this injunction.
