Kevin Martin, Legal Adviser
Wills & Powers of Attorney
After a career in the Banking and Financial sector spanning sixteen years until 2006, I subsequently moved into Will Writing and Estate Planning to advise clients on all aspects of Estate Planning from straightforward Wills to more complex Trust Wills and also Lifetime planning. I also advise clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and stress to them the importance of planning as far as possible for the future should the unexpected happen as when it does it is too late to put these plans in place.
I joined Waldrons as a Paralegal Legal Adviser in May 2017 to continue to advise clients on all aspects of Estate and Later Life Planning and enjoy working with and advising all types of client to build a rapport and guide them through a subject that is sometimes difficult to talk about and get satisfaction from the peace of mind given to my clients.
I also work closely with professional partner firms who are able to offer further advice on areas such as Investment and Inheritance Tax planning so I can provide rounded, fully comprehensive advice to my clients.
As a firm we work closely with Community Union who are based in Kidderminster, to further add value to their members. I am the point of contact at the firm for members wishing to discuss and put in place Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney to ensure the process is as smooth and straightforward as possible.
I enjoy most sports in particular football and golf. Although my playing days are unfortunately over, I am still involved in football and coach Droitwich Spa FC Under 18’s who my son plays for.
I am also a member of Bransford Golf Club in Worcester and try and play as often as possible, time permitting.
I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and listening to a wide range of music
