Law is our Business. It has been since 1867.
Beginning as a small firm in Brierley Hill, our commitment to excellent client care has seen us grow into a company with offices across the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
Our long history has taught us that there are three things that clients value most in their solicitor and these have formed the basis of our guarantees to you.
For every client, we guarantee that:
- We will be clear on costs 100% of the time
- We will get the job done as quickly as we can
- We will ensure that you have direct access to your lawyer
Our Specialist Expertise
Any solicitor can say they are experienced in what they do. We go the extra mile to demonstrate our expertise. Many of our lawyers have undertaken independent assessments of their knowledge and skills. Our accreditations give you the assurance that you are dealing with a specialist.
Our Quality Standards
The Law Society is the representative body of solicitors in England and Wales. They assess practices for quality standards and issue their accreditation to solicitors who can demonstrate excellence in client care.
Lexcel certification is only awarded to solicitors who meet the high management and customer care standards set by the law society. As a Lexcel accredited practice we undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure we continue to meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
In practical terms this means you receive:
- a timely response to all client communications
- regular and accurate cost estimates
- information on how charges will be calculated
