Qualifications and Study Experience
I first started to study the law when I first left school and went to LMPQ college in Birmingham. This college course was an Apprenticeship so alongside my studying, I obtained a full time job in the legal sector. I was working as a Legal Apprentice in a Property Department. I am now attending Wolverhampton University and am studying to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive under the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Work Experience
As I was working and training whilst studying, this helped me to gain experience. I developed my knowledge to deal with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from opening the file to completion. I was promoted to a Paralegal within the Property Department and was dealing with my own case load. This included sales, remortgages, transfers and purchases.
In 2020 I joined Waldrons as a Conveyancer in the Property Department. I have now worked in Conveyancing for six years and have built relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers.
Personal Info
Outside of work, I enjoy taking my dogs for a walk. I also enjoy visiting new places with friends and hope to travel America in 2022.
