Sophie studied Law at Aberystwyth University, obtaining a 2:1 degree with two academic excellence awards for obtaining the highest grade in two modules. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham, achieving a Commendation.
Work Experience
Sophie began her legal career as a Paralegal in Corporate, moving in to Family Law and Private Client on her Training Contract at a large independent regional Law Firm. She qualified into Private Client in 2018.
Sophie joined the Private Client team at Waldrons in April 2023 and specialises in Wills, Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Personal Information
Outside of work, Sophie spends the majority of her time running around after a very active toddler and visiting all of the local soft play centres and parks. Sophie has achieved her orange belt in mixed martial arts and is hoping to progress through the grades. She enjoys visits to the theatre and, on the rare child free occasion, nice meals out.
