Qualifications and Study Experience

Gabriela studied law at Nottingham Trent University, obtaining a 2:1 degree classification. She then completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters at Birmingham City University, achieving a distinction on the Legal Practice Course and a Merit on her masters.

 

Work Experience

Gabriela began her legal career at Jacobs Law Solicitors Ltd, where she worked as a paralegal, primarily assisting with residential and commercial property matters. This role provided Gabriela with a solid foundation in property law, sparking her desire to broaden her expertise and take on new challenges.

To further develop her skills, Gabriela moved to George Green LLP, a respected Legal 500 firm, where she worked at their Cradley Heath office. Within six months, Gabriela’s dedication and aptitude were recognised, leading to an offer for a training contract. During her time at George Green LLP, Gabriela gained valuable experience from the Family Law department during her training contract and also the Property department, further honing her legal expertise.

Gabriela joined Waldrons Solicitors in 2026 as part of the Residential Property team. Over the years, she has built strong, lasting relationships with repeat clients and referrers, many of whom have trusted her with their legal matters for several years. Gabriela is known for her attention to detail and her ability to provide tailored, practical solutions for her clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for those navigating property transactions.

The LadiesFirst Awards 2025 recognised Gabriela as a Rising Star & Future Leader in their 2025 awards, making Gabriela an award winning Solicitor.

Gabriela is also currently Chair of the Birmingham Trainee Solicitor Society for the term of March 2025- March 2026. She also sits on the Council for the Birmingham Law Society.

Gabriela is an ambassador the Charity WAITS as well as an ambassador for Your Legal Ladder.

Personal Info

Outside of work, Gabriela values spending quality time with her husband and family. She enjoys staying active by going to the gym and loves exploring new restaurants. Her faith plays an important role in her life, and she attends church twice a week with her husband and close friends. For relaxation, Gabriela enjoys unwinding with a few episodes of Friends and cherishes going on vacations, where she can unwind with a good book in hand.
