If you wish to reconcile with your partner but a Restraining Order is in place we can help you apply to the court to have the Order changed or removed.
Do I need a solicitor to help with removing a Restraining Order?
There are no set rules for the court to consider when deciding whether to change or remove a Restraining Order. The law on removing Restraining Orders is based on case law which is why it is vital to have a solicitor involved.
Will anything help make my case stronger?
Having your partner support your application will provide you with a much stronger case.
How much will it cost?
If you are subject of the Order and have a low income you may be entitled to free Legal Aid. If the Order is in your favour Legal Aid isn’t available.
We will give you a fixed fee for our charges and we guarantee that we are always clear from the outset how much it will cost.
