Qualifications and Study Experience

Sabrina studied Law at Wolverhampton University, obtaining a 2:1 degree classification. She completed her Legal Practice Course and her Masters at Wolverhampton University.

 

Work Experience

Sabrina began her work experience at a local Birmingham Law Firm in 2013 and was offered a job as Paralegal. Sabrina went on to secure a Training Contract with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor on 15 November 2018.

Sabrina always had an interest in Childcare and Family Law. Sabrina has over 9 years of experience in advising and assisting clients with their family issues in relation to Children Act Proceeding and Domestic Abuse.

Sabrina deals with a range of cases including complex private children law matters including applications for Contact and Residence and applications for emergency Non-Molestation Orders.

In November 2019, Sabrina joined a firm in Worcester where she continued to work in the area of Children Law specialising particularly in private disputes between parents.

Sabrina joined Waldrons in June 2021 and predominately deals with Children Act Proceedings and Domestic Abuse cases in the Department. Sabrina acts for clients across the Black Country and Worcestershire area. She undertakes her own advocacy representing clients at the Family Court before District Judges, Circuit Judges and the Lay Magistrates.

She also provides advice on Legal Aid Applications.

More recently Sabrina now undertakes work in regards to Care Proceedings and Pre-Court Proceedings (Public Law Outline) Meetings.

Personal Info

Sabrina enjoys travelling abroad. She enjoys socialising with her family and friends, and going out for dinner. She has a great passion for Theatre and loves watching Shows in London.
