Luke Boxall, Solicitor
Child Care Solicitors
Qualifications and study experience
I am a Solicitor specialising in Children Law. I qualified as a Solicitor and joined Waldrons Solicitors in 2013 and then received the Law Society Children Panel Accreditation in January 2018.
I have worked in Children Law throughout my career, including as a trainee solicitor. I represent parents, children, guardians, foster carers and extended family members (including grandparents, aunts and uncles) in various child care court proceedings and pre-proceedings. This includes issues such as care proceedings, adoption or placement orders, special guardianship orders, child arrangements orders, section 20 agreements, PLO/pre-proceedings meetings and child abduction.
I conduct my own advocacy and also provide advice on legal aid applications and on emergency injunctions such as non-molestation orders. I act for clients across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and the Black Country.
My accreditation from the Law Society Children Panel is recognition for my specialism in this area and has enabled me to represent parties, including children through their CAFCASS Guardian, in complex proceedings, including before the High Court.
I have delivered training to Women’s Aid volunteers and seminars to members of the Kinship Carer’s charity.
“I have used Waldrons solicitors a couple of times. Excellent service, friendly, very professional and very good communication. I would highly recommend Luke Boxall.” Ms O - 2021
“Very professional service who helped me through a very challenging period of my life.
Luke Boxall was brilliant and always kept me up to date.” Mr W - 2021
I am a former local school governor, a passionate volunteer for homeless support charities, a proud former England volleyball player (back when I was under-19 mind you!) and an Aston Villa supporter. I grew up in a little known country, lovingly referred to as the heart of Africa, Malawi.
