Accident Claims  |  Equity Release

I studied at Aberystwyth University and the College of Law, Guildford before qualifying as a solicitor in 1984, the year I joined Waldrons.

I became a Partner in the Firm in 1987, and Managing Partner in 2003. When Waldrons incorporated in 2012 I became Managing Director, and have overseen its strategic growth both organically and through acquisition most recently with the merger with Trinity Law Partnership, a specialist Personal Injury Law Firm.

I specialise in Personal Injury work, becoming a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel in 1995. I have particular detailed knowledge of how to pursue industrial disease cases, particularly Mesothelioma, Asbestosis and Occupational Asthma, and have recovered £millions of compensation for clients suffering these conditions.

Latterly with the continuing growth and regulation of Equity Release products I have also established an Equity Release Team at Waldrons to ensure that clients entering into such arrangements have full and proper Legal Advice at the appropriate time.

Away from work I enjoy listerning to music and playing Piano. I also play club level tennis and am Chairman of my local tennis club.
