Belinda Hill, Associate Director and Head of Conveyancing
Buying or Selling your Home
I am a Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing. I first qualified as a Legal Executive in 2001 and then decided to take my Solicitors exams and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006.
I am now in my 22nd year of working with Waldrons, firstly as a secretary and then working my way up to a legal advisor culminating in becoming a Solicitor, Associate Director and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department. I deal with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing from sales and purchases to transfers, remortgages, probate and family conveyancing, shared ownerships and new build purchases and sales.
I have built up good relationships with Estate Agents and Financial Advisors over the years which has increased our work levels and Waldrons also have a good level of internal referrals throughout our many departments.
Our residential department is also a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme which ensures that we offer our clients the best service possible and our membership is checked and reaccredited on a yearly basis to ensure we offer a high standard of work and compliance
I recently became Nanny to my first grandchild who is a delight and I love to visit her in my spare time, as well as looking after my King Charles Cavalier, Charlie.
