Waldrons Solicitors is seeking a talented Commercial Property Paralegal or SQE to join our dynamic team

Are you an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for commercial property law? With at least one years of experience in property work, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to our firm’s success.

Position: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Merry Hill Branch
Type: Full-Time ( at least 4 days in office, possibly 1 day remote)

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our busy commercial property team. Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property work
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Role:

• Providing comprehensive secretarial support, including diary management, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and deeds.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and ensuring timely responses.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within residential conveyancing.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent typing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Legal experience or relevant qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
