The Candidate

We look for a minimum of a 2:1 degree and seek a well rounded individual with good interpersonal skills:  being an outstanding solicitor is not just about the academic qualifications.  If you can demonstrate experience working in a legal environment, interests outside academia and a strong commercial awareness, it will support your application.
 
As a trainee you will get high quality work, and it will be commensurate with your experience and progression within the contract.
