Our Policy

Waldrons take the traditional four seat model for training contracts, each seat being allocated a training supervisor as well as support from the Training Principal, John Roberts.

Ideally we would like to find two trainees each year, however if we can’t find the right people, this number will reduce. Having found the right people, we like to retain trainees and help build their careers once qualified. Currently, Waldrons employ two solicitors and one partner who completed their training contracts with us.
