Statement of arrangements for children

Where there are children of the marriage the Court require details of the arrangements for those children, and this form sets out the specific information required  This is to enable the Court, at a later stage, to consider the arrangements for the children and to certify whether any Orders need to be made. 

The information required includes, amongst other things, where the children live, details of their current and proposed education, what contact they have with the other spouse and details of any health problems. 

This form must be completed where there are children of either spouse and confirmation as to whether they have been treated as children of the family.
