Decree nisi to decree absolute

When you have received sealed Decree Nisi upon the expiration of 6 weeks you may apply to the Court for the Decree Nisi to be made Absolute. You are not divorced until a sealed Decree Absolute has been issued by the Court. A fee is payable to the Court for this application.
