Problems with your employer?

If you believe that you have been treated 'unfairly', wrongfully dismissed or have any other employment concerns, then call our team.

We recognise that if you need a solicitor's advice about your employer, you are probably concerned about money and costs, but that you also want to have the best possible advice.

For this reason, Waldrons will be up front about any charges you may incur before you incur them.

Mediation

Very often problems at work can be solved through mediation without recourse to the employment tribunal.  You can often achieve a workable and productive solution without affecting your other legal rights.

Hannah is a fully trained workplace and employment mediator who can impartially facilitate the parties reaching such solutions.

For more information or to book a mediation, email Hannah at h.scott@waldrons.co.uk

Compromise agreements

If your employer has offered you a compromise agreement, you don't have to compromise on the quality of your legal advice.

Your individual circumstances will be unique, and just because this is a common statutory document, does not mean you should accept a cookie-cutter service. In most cases, your employer will pay around £250 + vat towards your legal costs.

You probably have a few questions, so we have put together a free guide which should help to answer some of them. Please click here to download.

Problems in the Armed Forces?

Servicemen and women are able to bring certain claims for discrimination. However, a Service Complaint must first be made. We can assist you in drafting the Service Complaint whether it is in relation to discrimination, bullying and harassment or minor administrative action. We can also assist in any subsequent employment tribunal claim.

For more information please contact Hannah.
