Simon Hanns and Tracey Emonson reinforce their position
as the Black Country’s leading specialists in their chosen fields.

Simon, criminal defence partner, has been awarded a Higher Rights Certificate enabling him to take the title of Solicitor Advocate and appear before Crown Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and even the House of Lords! Only a small and select group of just under 3400 Solicitors nationally have been granted this prestigious title.

Waldrons other star, Tracey Emonson, is the top student in the national examination required to become a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the professional body for her specialist area of law.

To qualify Tracey has to take a tough series of four examinations over two years, her brilliant performance being in stage two of the Diploma. Her hard work will be rewarded at a glitzy London awards ceremony in June.
