Trevor was previously a partner with Williams & Cole of Walsall (now incorporated within Waldrons). Having qualified in 1979, he has experience in many fields of the law and business dealing with all types of property work but he now concentrates mainly on commercial property and company work.
He advises on a broad spectrum of commercial matters and has a wide range of clients from large companies to small owner managed businesses. His work includes company acquisitions, disposals and mergers.
Trevor also undertakes Landlord and Tenant work acting for both Landlords and Tenants whether it be for investment or business occupation. |
Stephanie is an experienced Duty Solicitor, criminal lawyer and a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
She has handled a wide variety of cases from matters arising in the Police Station to Magistrate’s Courts as well as preparing serious Crown Court matters for trial – including murder cases.
In additional to her criminal defence work, Stephanie also specialises in Prison Law for matters such as parole hearings and appeals against recall to prison. |

With over 10 years experience, Julia specialises in Personal Injury Litigation and Civil Litigation backed with a post graduate Diploma, specifically in Personal Injury Law. Dawn is a Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor with over 15 years litigation experience. She is now a fully qualified solicitor but, with the backing of Waldrons, she took the slightly different route of working as a legal executive for almost 10 years before deciding to attend university part time to become a solicitor. For clients, this means they are being represented by someone who has extensive experience in the law.
Regardless of the type of claim, Dawn has pretty much won compensation for a similar case in the past. Be it the more common forms of claims such as road traffic accidents, accidents at work or slipping and tripping, to more unusual cases such as an allergic reaction, with medical complications, to a fungicidal treatment used on a newly purchased sofa. |

David has considerable experience in the field of commercial and civil litigation dealing primarily with often complex contractual and tortuous claims including professional negligence.
He has a particular interest in contentious insolvency work and property litigation and acts on behalf of both landlords and tenants of commercial and private property.
In addition, he has developed his interest in insolvency and property litigation.
David is currently working towards becoming a member of the Property Litigation Association and has been published in the Law Gazette. |
Tracey advises on all aspects of the private client department including wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications, probate, inheritance tax planning, trusts and transfers of property. Tracey has been with Waldrons for over 4 years, having completed her training to become a solicitor with the firm.
She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, having completed the two year diploma course in May 2009 and winning the prize of student of the year for the Administration of Trusts paper. |

Daniel specialises in all areas of commercial property dealing with commercial development, business acquisitions, option and overage provisions, landlord and tenant leases, property portfolio management, corporate support, and residential development.
Daniel gained his experience in a leading National firm and acts for clients ranging from owner managed business, public sector bodies and PLC’s.
Examples of current relevant projects are for Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council in the disposal of a strategic site and also agreements for lease relating to a national home brand superstore. Daniel also provided commercial support in the sale of a multi million pound company to be listed on the AIM market. |

Simon is a specialist criminal advocate with more than 18 years experience.
He has conducted a large number of trials including both lengthy and complex matters and has dealt with the whole range of offences from minor motoring offences right up to murder and complicated fraud.
Simon has appeared in both the Magistrates and Crown Court regularly and is a Higher Rights Advocate which allows him to appear in all cases at the Crown Court.

As a leading specialist in Clinical Negligence Law, Nicola is a long standing member of the elite Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and has over nine years experience working in this field and fourteen years working within Civil Litigation and high value Personal Injury law.

Sabhia is an experienced criminal lawyer having had conduct of a wide range of cases. These can span from the simplest of matters such as minor motoring to murder cases. She is an Accredited Duty solicitor and deals with all matters be they at the Police Station, Magistrates’ or Crown Court. Experience involves dealing with preliminary hearings to trials at the Magistrates’ Court. Whilst dealing with all matters she does however specialise in the more serious matters before the Crown Court in particular Sexual Offences Cases. She also has had a large amount of experience dealing with Clients with mental health difficulties and is a member of the Law Society Criminal Litigation panel. |

Trudy is Head of Private Client department, and her area of specialism is estate administration and inheritance tax planning, wills, powers of attorney, deputy applications and transfers & trusts.
With over 14 years experience working in this field, Trudy started her career as a trainee solicitor, working her way through the ranks until promoted to Partner and head of department. She is a full member of ‘Solicitors for the Elderly’ and is a member of Law Society probate section.
In addition to her legal expertise, Trudy has also successfully completed all three stages of the British Sign Language level 1 exam. |

John is the managing Partner of Waldrons. In addition, John is a member of the firms Personal Injury (PI) team with over 20 years experience of conducting all types of PI claims and has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel for over 12 years.
John now specialises in pursuing claims for industrial disease, particularly disease caused by exposure to asbestos, and has recovered a number of five and six figure awards for those suffering from mesothelioma, asbestosis, or diffuse pleural thickening. John has also recovered significant compensation for relatives of those who have died as a result of asbestos related diseases. |
Jas is highly experienced in all aspects of matrimonial and Children Act matters, including divorce and ancillary relief proceedings, injunction proceedings preventing the dissipation of assets as well as acting on behalf of interveners on ancillary relief proceedings.
He has built an enviable reputation in securing the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults by obtaining adequate protection such as non molestation orders and occupation orders.

Suki Thumber specialises in Criminal Law and has been a qualified Duty Solicitor for the past 4 years. She has particular experience working at police stations and Magistrates Courts with cases such as assaults, thefts, criminal damage and road traffic matters. Naomi is an experienced family lawyer dealing with all aspects of family law including matrimonial finance and children disputes. In April 2007 Naomi qualified as a collaborative family lawyer, joining an ever increasing pool of family lawyers who have embraced collaborative family law and who are keen to promote this way of dealing with family matters.
Having obtained her law degree from Staffordshire University and completing her Law Society Finals at Wolverhampton University, Naomi was articled to a firm in Walsall and over the last 13 years has consolidated her position as a specialist family lawyer.

Adrian is head of Waldrons Personal Injury department and with over 10 years experience specializing in Claimant Personal Injury law he deals with road traffic accident cases, public liability cases – such as tripping or slipping as well as some product liability matters, taking a particular interest in accident at work cases.
During this time he has recovered millions of pounds on behalf of injured claimants, with the largest single settlement being just under £1.2 million.

Melanie has over 10 years experience in Family Law, working in local Black Country firms, specialising in relationship breakdowns including divorce, separation and resolving financial disputes. She has experience in preparing co-habitation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements, and in addition represents clients in all areas of private children act matters – in particular contact and residence disputes.
