Jas is highly experienced in all aspects of matrimonial and Children Act matters, including divorce and ancillary relief proceedings, injunction proceedings preventing the dissipation of assets as well as acting on behalf of interveners on ancillary relief proceedings.
He has built an enviable reputation in securing the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults by obtaining adequate protection such as non molestation orders and occupation orders.
In addition, Jas has represented parents in contact , residence, prohibited steps matters as well matters in relation to parental responsibility, and also has firm understanding of public law proceedings, having acted on behalf of parents whose children are taken into care by the local authority.

Stephen has vast experience in the field of civil litigation and dispute resolution and his work often includes high value complex contractual disputes.
With a particular interest in Chancery contested probate, and disputed estates of between £1million and £5 million, he also deals with a wide range of general civil litigation disputes, including restraint of trade injunctions, professional negligence claims and commercial confidentiality enforcement. |
Ian has 4 years experience in litigation and over the past two years has specialised in the area of Public Law and Judicial Review Proceedings.
He has successfully settled many claims and taken a number of cases to the High Court in London. |

Formerly the Senior Partner at Williams & Cole, Nick has specialised in domestic conveyancing for over 40 years as well as involving himself in Wills and Probate work. He is based at our Walsall office where he undertakes domestic property sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers. |

Hannah advises both employer and employee clients on all aspects of employment law including claims ranging from discrimination claims to unfair dismissal. By taking a pragmatic and reasonable approach she has successfully settled many claims to the satisfaction of the client.
She regularly publishes and presents employment training materials and seminars as well as being the co-author of Waldrons first HR and Employment Guide. |
Naomi is an experienced family lawyer dealing with all aspects of family law including matrimonial finance and children disputes. In April 2007 Naomi qualified as a collaborative family lawyer, joining an ever increasing pool of family lawyers who have embraced collaborative family law and who are keen to promote this way of dealing with family matters.
Having obtained her law degree from Staffordshire University and completing her Law Society Finals at Wolverhampton University, Naomi was articled to a firm in Walsall and over the last 13 years has consolidated her position as a specialist family lawyer.
Naomi is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is also accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a family law specialist. |

Melanie has over 10 years experience in Family Law, working in local Black Country firms, specialising in relationship breakdowns including divorce, separation and resolving financial disputes. She has experience in preparing co-habitation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements, and in addition represents clients in all areas of private children act matters – in particular contact and residence disputes. In 2007 Melanie became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. |
Tracey advises on all aspects of the private client department including wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications, probate, inheritance tax planning, trusts and transfers of property. Tracey has been with Waldrons for over 4 years, having completed her training to become a solicitor with the firm.
She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, having completed the two year diploma course in May 2009 and winning the prize of student of the year for the Administration of Trusts paper. |

Trudy is Head of Private Client department, and her area of specialism is estate administration and inheritance tax planning, wills, powers of attorney, deputy applications and transfers & trusts.
With over 14 years experience working in this field, Trudy started her career as a trainee solicitor, working her way through the ranks until promoted to Partner and head of department. She is a full member of ‘Solicitors for the Elderly’ and is a member of Law Society probate section.
In addition to her legal expertise, Trudy has also successfully completed all three stages of the British Sign Language level 1 exam. |
