Simon is a specialist criminal advocate with more than 18 years experience.

Sabhia is an experienced criminal lawyer having had conduct of a wide range of cases. These can span from the simplest of matters such as minor motoring to murder cases. She is an Accredited Duty solicitor and deals with all matters be they at the Police Station,  Magistrates’ or Crown Court. Experience involves dealing with preliminary hearings to trials at the Magistrates’ Court. Whilst dealing with all matters she does however specialise in the more serious matters before the Crown Court in particular Sexual Offences Cases. She also has had a large amount of experience dealing with Clients with mental health difficulties and is a member of the Law Society Criminal Litigation panel.

Jas is highly experienced in all aspects of matrimonial and Children Act  matters,  including  divorce and ancillary relief proceedings, injunction proceedings preventing the dissipation of assets as well as acting on behalf of interveners on ancillary relief proceedings.
He has built an enviable reputation in securing the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults by obtaining adequate protection such as non molestation orders and occupation orders.

In addition, Jas has represented parents in contact , residence, prohibited steps matters as well matters in relation to parental responsibility, and also has firm understanding of public law proceedings, having acted on behalf of parents whose children are taken into care by the local authority.

Suki Thumber specialises in Criminal Law and has been a  qualified Duty Solicitor for the past 4 years.  She has particular experience  working at police stations and Magistrates Courts with cases such as assaults, thefts, criminal damage and road traffic matters.  She is also involved in more serious cases that are sent to the Crown Court, such as wounding offences or robberies, working alongside  Counsel by  taking instructions from clients and advising them on the law and procedures.

Ian Sheppard is a litigator working  with the Care team to assist those who are homeless through the legal process of Judicial Review.  He has over 4 years experience in litigation and over the past two years has specialised in the area of Public Law and Judicial Review Proceedings.  He has successfully settled many claims and taken a number of cases to the High Court in London

Stephanie is an experienced Duty Solicitor, criminal lawyer and a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.

She has handled a wide variety of cases from matters arising in the Police Station to Magistrate’s Courts as well as preparing serious Crown Court matters for trial – including murder cases.

In additional to her criminal defence work, Stephanie also specialises in Prison Law for matters such as parole hearings and appeals against recall to prison.
