John is the managing Partner of Waldrons. In addition, John is a member of the firms Personal Injury (PI) team with over 20 years experience of conducting all types of PI claims and has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel for over 12 years.
John now specialises in pursuing claims for industrial disease, particularly disease caused by exposure to asbestos, and has recovered a number of five and six figure awards for those suffering from mesothelioma, asbestosis, or diffuse pleural thickening. John has also recovered significant compensation for relatives of those who have died as a result of asbestos related diseases. |
Adrian is head of Waldrons Personal Injury department and with over 10 years experience specializing in Claimant Personal Injury law he deals with road traffic accident cases, public liability cases – such as tripping or slipping as well as some product liability matters, taking a particular interest in accident at work cases.
During this time he has recovered millions of pounds on behalf of injured claimants, with the largest single settlement being just under £1.2 million.

With over 10 years experience, Julia specialises in Personal Injury Litigation and Civil Litigation backed with a post graduate Diploma, specifically in Personal Injury Law. Dawn is a Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor with over 15 years litigation experience. She is now a fully qualified solicitor but, with the backing of Waldrons, she took the slightly different route of working as a legal executive for almost 10 years before deciding to attend university part time to become a solicitor. For clients, this means they are being represented by someone who has extensive experience in the law.
Regardless of the type of claim, Dawn has pretty much won compensation for a similar case in the past. Be it the more common forms of claims such as road traffic accidents, accidents at work or slipping and tripping, to more unusual cases such as an allergic reaction, with medical complications, to a fungicidal treatment used on a newly purchased sofa. |

Stephen has vast experience in the field of civil litigation and dispute resolution and his work often includes high value complex contractual disputes.
With a particular interest in Chancery contested probate, and disputed estates of between £1million and £5 million, he also deals with a wide range of general civil litigation disputes, including restraint of trade injunctions, professional negligence claims and commercial confidentiality enforcement. |
As a leading specialist in Clinical Negligence Law, Nicola is a long standing member of the elite Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and has over nine years experience working in this field and fourteen years working within Civil Litigation and high value Personal Injury law.
She has in depth experience in complex cases, with particular interest in catastrophic injuries such as brain injury, cerebral palsy, or serious spinal injuries, having recently managed several cases resulting in multi-million pound settlements. |

Adam specialises in Clinical Negligence dealing exclusively with cases against NHS Trusts, GP’s, dentists and private surgeons. He manages claims covering all aspects of medical care in England and Wales, with a special interest in Orthopaedic cases. Before moving to Waldrons in he worked for a national firm dealing with clinical negligence matters.

Joseph currently works in clinical negligence department as a Trainee Solicitor, having previously completed his a seat in the Waldrons compensation and family law department. He assists the head of department and enjoys the face-to-face contact and runs files in his current role.
Having been born and raised in the Black Country, Joseph started his legal career by taking part in debt recovery work at local County Courts, before attending the College of Law in Birmingham to complete the Legal Practice Course. |
