The Government have withdrawn Legal Aid for most personal injury claims but it is still available to qualifying individuals with Medical Negligence claims.

If you don’t qualify for Legal Aid you may be eligible for:

‘No win, no fee’ – known as a Conditional Fee Agreement. If you win your case, you keep 100% of any compensation recovered (your solicitors’ costs are paid by the insurers for the losing side). If you don’t win, you pay nothing.

Under an existing legal expense insurance policy, ie as part of your motor, household or credit card insurance policies.  This route will cost you nothing. No fee will be deducted from your award and our costs will be covered by the insurance policy

During your initial consultation, your solicitor will advise on the best way forward for funding the cost of your claim.
