The following examples offer a flavour of the nature and size of projects regularly undertaken by the Waldrons team:

Assembly of multiple user Industrial Estate: Waldrons acted for the developer of a multiple user Industrial Estate in the Oldbury area consisting of the re redevelopment and subsequent lease of a 12 unit site.

Agreement for Leases: We acted for a local authority in the assignment of a lease to a household branded retail store, that contained provisions that allowed for the granting of a new lease at a later date (to accommodate a much larger retail outlet), subject to planning permission.

Residential developments: The firm has extensive experience acting for residential property developers just one example being the land acquisition and subsequent plot sales of a 40 unit site in Worcestershire.

Site assembly for developers: Waldrons acted on behalf of the property developers selling into the retirement home sectors with a nationally branded end user.

Private company disposals: The sale of two independent building maintenance PLCs, in Stoke on Trent and Newcastle Upon Tyne; subsequently floated onto the AIM market with a combined value of £14m
