Hannah advises both employer and employee clients on all aspects of employment law including claims ranging from discrimination claims to unfair dismissal. By taking a pragmatic and reasonable approach she has successfully settled many claims to the satisfaction of the client.

She regularly publishes and presents employment training materials and seminars as well as being the co-author of Waldrons first HR and Employment Guide.

Vanessa has over 20 years in HR, including executive level roles, working across a range of sectors including retail, social housing and property. 

As a fellow of the Chartered Instituted of Personnel Development  Vanessa has experience in designing and implementing HR frameworks including key elements such as appraisal systems, policies and procedures, pension scheme consultations, and training and development.
