Advising on the implications and effects of TUPE in relation to an asset sale conducted by Waldrons corporate department, including drafting all necessary letters and notices. In addition, advising on the relevant clauses in the business sale agreement. Developed and implemented a competency based performance management system for Partners and support staff in a 60 employee organization. Devised a workforce planning framework to ensure that the business contained the skills and experience required to successfully deliver the strategic business objectives.
