After helping hundreds of people move home each year, Belinda loves nothing more than getting away from it all on holiday as well as walking Charlie, her King Charles Cavalier.
Joseph Norton

Joseph qualified in 2010 and specialises in Clinical Negligence. He deals with a wide range of cases, including claims involving birthing injuries, delays in diagnosis and incorrect treatment. He has also dealt with claims involving group litigation, playing a role in group actions against the former Breast Surgeon Mr Ian Paterson and in respect of the use of surgical mesh in the repair of prolapses. Joseph is on the Executive Committee of the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers (SCIL) and is a Practitioner Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Outside of work, Joseph likes spending time with his family and friends, reading and going to the gym.

Hannah Scott

Hannah qualified in 2009 and specialises in Employment, Mediation and Corporate & Commercial.  She is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and a member of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship. Hannah's interests include gardening (beginner), reading and art. Working as a Mentor at both the Law College and Birmingham City University also keeps her busy. 


Stephen Hamblett

Stephen qualified in 2006. He specialises in Crime and is a member of the SAHCA - Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates.  Outside of work, Stephen regularly plays golf and is a member of his local gym.  He is interested in military history, theatre and enjoys travelling.  Stephen is also an avid supporter of Aston Villa. He has made a few television appearances - including Legal TV (where he did a sky dive) and The Weakest Link.  
Kiran Purewal

When she isn't making sure moving home goes as smoothly as possible for her clients, Kiran has another full time job looking after her two young children. She doesn't have much spare time but, when she does, she is a keen runner which helps her to keep fit. She also loves visiting other countries and her favourite places to visit are Northern India, Bali and Singapore.

An expert in family law since 2011, Luke is a solicitor representing people in all matters surrounding relationship breakdown. His particular specialism is in the area of domestic violence where Luke regularly obtains protective injunctions for his clients. Away from the office and the courtroom, Luke plays regional league volleyball and he is a volunteer for the Kidderminster based charity Simply Limitless

Dawn qualified in 1997 as a Legal Executive, in 2009 as a Solicitor and in 2017, she became an Associate Solicitor at the firm. Dawn is working towards her STEP qualification and is a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section. Dawn helps her Clients with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications, Probate and Estate Administration and Asset protection and will see Clients at home or at the office. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys watching rugby, football and socialising as well as walking her dog.

Elaine joined Waldrons in 2017 and is part of the private client team.  Elaine is a Solicitor and she helps her clients with probate, administration of estates, inheritance tax planning, wills and lasting powers of attorney.  Elaine is happy to see clients in the workplace at either the Merry Hill or Walsall offices or at their home.  Outside the office, Elaine belongs to an amateur dramatics society and performs in the society’s annual pantomime.

Stephen has worked as a Paralegal in private practice in and around Birmingham and the Black Country since 1973 and also worked briefly for The Midland Bank Trust Company. He is a full member of STEP and specialises in Wills, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. Stephen is based at the Waterfront Office and is happy to see clients also at other offices and at their home. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys DIY, playing the guitar and relaxing with his family.
Melanie Young

Melanie’s expertise in family law spans over twelve years and sees her preparing prenuptial agreements as well as advising on divorce, separation, financial arrangements and arrangements for children. Much of Melanie’s time outside the office is spent watching her husband and son learn to sail. The water theme continues as Melanie has a fascination with sharks but back on dry land, she loves to take long walks in the countryside.

Abbie achieved her law degree from Birmingham City University, and then went on to complete her Masters in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She is currently a Trainee Solicitor in the Residential Property Department and has been with the firm since 2015. In her spare time Abbie likes to relax with her family and friends and travels as often as she can.

Aimee is a Trainee solicitor in Waldrons’ Child Care Department. Aimee specialises particularly in matters before court action is taken by Social Services. She also advises on injunctions, child protection conferences, care proceedings and Special Guardianship Orders. In her spare time, Aimee enjoys spending time with friends & family and travelling to  new places. Aimee  volunteers for the National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS) as an independent visitor and attends events hosted by Junior Lawyers Division.

Amber’s career has seen her working in crime and prison law, with an emphasis on cases in the Crown Court. She has spent the past five years working the Midlands and Staffordshire. Debbie has been helping people to move home for more than 30 years. Her priority is to take as much stress as possible out of moving home which she has finessed after moving home four times herself and helping many other people move home over the years. Outside of work Debbie likes to cook, read and plan her next family adventure. She loves to travel whether in the UK or abroad and her love of travelling is such that she has an ABTA certificate which she gained some years ago.

Her career started at Waldrons in 1995 and Emma has worked in residential property since then. In her free time Emma loves nothing more than spending time with her family, whether that involves watching films, dining out or relaxing together.

Extremely client focused in all aspects of her work, Stacey affords her clients support, guidance and peace of mind. When she’s not at work Stacey’s family are central to her relaxing and enjoying life. She also enjoys going to the gym and socialising with her friends
