John qualified in 1984 and specialises in Industrial Disease cases, particulary Mesothelioma and Asbestosis.  He has been a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel since 1995.  John enjoys listening to music (Clapton and Schubert) and playing Piano.  He also plays club level tennis (gently whenever possible).

Joseph qualified in 2010 and specialises in Clinical Negligence. He deals with a wide range of cases, including claims involving birthing injuries, delays in diagnosis and incorrect treatment. He has also dealt with claims involving group litigation, playing a role in group actions against the former Breast Surgeon Mr Ian Paterson and in respect of the use of surgical mesh in the repair of prolapses. Joseph is on the Executive Committee of the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers (SCIL) and is a Practitioner Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Outside of work, Joseph likes spending time with his family and friends, reading and going to the gym.
Adrian Witt

Adrian qualified in 1995 and handles all types of injury cased litigation. He has recovered millions of pounds in compensation for his clients and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Adrian's interests include music, books, football, travel and his small children.  It he ever goes missing he would like to be found at either a live music gig (preferably New Model Army) or on holiday!

Adam qualified in 2003.  He is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel and the Birmingham Medico-Legal Society.  Adam has experience of high value cases involving orthopaedic issues, delays in diagnosis and surgical errors.  Adam's interests include going to the cinema, reading, music and playing the drums.
Sumaya Ali

Sumaya is a Trainee Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence Department. She has experience in acting for both Claimants and Defendant Trusts. Her medical negligence experience includes cases involving delays in diagnosis, incorrect treatment, surgical errors and birthing injuries. She also has experience dealing with inquests in connection with cases involving clinical negligence. She particularly enjoys meeting clients, listening to their accounts of what happened and helping to secure settlements that can be used to better their lives following an untoward event. Sumaya’s interests include photography, travelling and cooking.
