No Win, no Fee
Waldrons helps minimise your concerns over legal costs. Although Legal Aid has been withdrawn by the Government in most personal injury cases, Waldrons can handle your case on the basis of either:
- ‘No win, no fee’ – known as a conditional fee arrangement. If you win your case, you keep 100% of any compensation recovered (your solicitors’ costs are paid by the insurers for the losing side). If you don’t win, you pay nothing.
- Under an existing legal expense insurance policy, ie as part of your motor insurance - this route will cost you nothing. No fee will be deducted from your eventual award and our costs will be covered by the insurance policy
- For medical negligence matters, Legal Aid may still be available, especially if the client is a child or of limited means.
